Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Once we start processing, it can not be canceled. You will have to send us an email at care@amorefy.com or call on 8368042539 with the reasons for the cancellation within 3 hours of placing order. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 3-4Â business days to cancel the order You will be notified of the same by email. Address or contact details may be modified within 6 hours of order placement or before shipping, whichever occurs first
REFUND/ RETURN POLICY
We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to broken seals, as they cannot be repackaged or resold.
Returns are only accepted for products that are physically damaged during transit, have defects, or are incorrectly shipped. To initiate a return, send an email with unboxing videos of the damaged/incorrect product to care@amorefy.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. The damage should be visible in the photos.
Returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
Returns are not accepted if the product has been used, opened, or if the serial number is tampered with.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect and validate the claim. Eligible returns will receive replacements.Â
If a prepaid order is declined during delivery (prior to acceptance and opening), and subsequently returned to M. K. Enterprises, the refunded amount will be adjusted to account for the shipping costs associated with both the initial dispatch and the return journey from the customer’s address.
Claims for missing items or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and a clear description sent to care@amorefy.com
